How to register
The Australian Society of Anaesthetists National Scientific Congress 2011 is currently open for online registration; this allows for instant confirmation of PBLD and workshop places. Please read the registration information carefully before beginning the online registration.
Early bird registration closes on 30 June 2011.
Registration Packages
Full Registration - delegates, trainees and retired anaesthetists includes:
- Attendance at all scientific sessions
- All catering in the HCI Exhibition
- Name badge and pocket program
- Satchel including program
- HCI welcome reception (Thursday)
- Family night (Friday)
- ASA Gala Dinner (Saturday)
Weekend Registration - delegates, trainees and retired anaesthetists includes:
- Attendance at scientific sessions on Saturday and Sunday
- Catering in the HCI Exhibition on Saturday and Sunday
- Name badge and pocket program
- Satchel including program
- ASA Gala Dinner (Saturday)
Please note additional tickets can be purchased for the other social functions separately, These include the HCI Welcome Reception (Thursday) and Family Night (Friday).

Registration Fees
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST. Registrations made after Sunday 4 September must be made onsite at the meeting.

* Group of ASA clinical trainees (GASACT) members receive complimentary NSC registration once (within the first two years of becoming an "Ordinary" member). Present your NSC tax invoice to the federal secretariat; Peter MacLean pmaclean@asa.org.au after the NSC and your registration fee will be reimbursed.
** If you are a trainee and would like to receive the subsidised registration fee, contact the federal secretariat; Peter MacLean pmaclean@asa.org.au or 1800 806 654 by 30 June 2011 to join GASACT. ASA membership is gratis during your first two years of training. Joining is free.
*** Members of the American Society of Anesthesiologists are entitled to register at the ASA/NZSA member rate. If you are a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, please contact the American Society to obtain a letter that verifies your membership to the Society. Please download a registration form and once completed, fax or email to the congress secretariat with a copy of your letter of membership.
