Beat the Thursday morning rush by registering early on Wednesday afternoon from 1600. Once you have registered and collected your Congress materials, you will have the opportunity to enjoy canapés and drinks at the welcome reception.

Listen to a vibrant band and learn the simple steps from a professional "Caller". Sit on wool bales and hay bales, drink beer from wooden kegs and enjoy delicious grilled food.

A show-stopping night, beginning from the moment you enter the 1920s New York Cotton Club. This beautifully converted railway repair workshop will be transformed into an intimate nightclub with superb food and wine. Paparazzi will welcome you as you stroll down the red carpet, vintage cars will feature prominently in the area where pre-dinner drinks and canapés will be served. The main room will feature a catwalk of models and exotic dancers, providing stunning entertainment. Later in the evening you'll be dancing to one of the very best big bands in the country.
